VEGAN DIET : DAL TADKA
Ingredients

Red Lentils (Masoor Dal)
Yellow Lentils (Moong Dal)
Chopped Tomato
Chopped Onion
Oil- (Optional) 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder
Turmeric Powder
Ginger Paste
Garlic Paste
Green Chilies Chopped
Mustard Seeds
Dried Red Chilies
Salt to Taste
Water as Required
Coriander Leaves for Garnish

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: In a microwave oven-safe bowl, add all ingredients except for red lentils, yellow lentils, tomato, water, salt, and coriander leaves, mix well. Select micro mode, set time for 3 minutes, and press start to prepare Tadka.

Step 2: When the oven beeps, remove, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and set time for 15 minutes, and press start.

Serve hot.

VEGAN DIET: SABUDANA KHICHDI
Ingredients

Sabudana (Soaked)
Ground Nut Powder
Chopped Green Chilies
Boiled and Peeled Potato
Oil- (Optional) 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds
Sugar
Lime Juice
Salt to Taste

Method of Preparation:

Step 1: Take a microwave oven-safe bowl; add all the ingredients except sabudana, salt, sugar, and lime. Mix well and select micro mode, set time for 2 minutes, and press start.

Step 2: When the oven beeps, remove and add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover the bowl with the lid and place the bowl in the microwave oven, select micro mode, set time for 3 minutes, and press start.

Remove, mix well, and serve hot.
