ControlAiR™ ICC – Supply Side Management Solution

We provide Supply Side & Demand Side Management Control Systems to intelligently control multiple air compressors & Compressed Air Flow with constant Pressure for Energy Saving. Compressed Air Supply Side Management is achieved through Metacentre family of controllers, VSD Retrofits & Monitoring on PC from EnergAir Solutions. We are the ‘Sole Specialist Partner’ of CMC-EnergAir Solutions, Belgium & UK for Metacentre & Enercon Intelligent control & automation of compressed air system. One interesting trivia about our control systems is that through the usage of more than 1000 control systems located worldwide, our customers are saving more than 100 million units of energy per year.

Features

    Compressor Interface

iPCB (Metacentre P4, SX, XC): iPCB is a universal compressor interface unit used to hardwire compressors to a Metacentre controller. It is mounted inside the compressor starter panel & provides Run, Ready & optional alram status contact for use with compressors that have load / unload control.

VSD module (Metacentre SX & XC)

VSD module is used to integrate VFD air compressors with the Metacentre management controller. The VSD module is offered in variants for either current or voltage proportionate analogue signals.

    EX module (Metacentre XC)

Where compressors are located in more than one place, each EX module provides remote control of up to 2 compressors. It has its own remote pressure analogue input which can function in conjunction with Metacentre XC’s advance function of ‘pressure balance’. Two dedicated analogue inputs for individual compressor discharge pressure are provided.

    I/O module

I/O module is an intelligent, configurable for stand alone use (like a desiccant dryer dew point dependent switching application) or in conjunction with a Metacentre RS-485 data network for controlling ancillary compressed air equipment such as Cooling Towers, or for monitoring compressed air dryers, filters, condensate drains, pressure, temperature, dew point, air flow, vibration & current etc. Each I/O module provides digital inputs, analogue inputs & relay outputs.

Capturing real-time data helps us get more uninterrupted output

These days, smart would mean a device connected to a network, unlike standalone devices. Through this connectivity, a great deal of data generated during the device’s operation is transmitted to other devices, when interpreted manually or digitally, gives information, and if acted upon, can yield substantial, tangible benefits.

A smart way of managing productive resources

A transformative change significantly alters the profile, capabilities, contours and culture of an organization. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a well-established way of managing production resources for meeting ever-rising standards of productivity, quality and reliability.

Godrej Bambusa Bikes

In 2012, Mr. Vijay Crishna visited Antarctica with British explorer, Sir Robert Swan, to witness climate change, first-hand. During the visit, their group welcomed two young Dutch men who had spent the previous 15 months cycling 16,000 kms from Deadhorse, Alaska to Ushuaia, riding bamboo-framed bikes! Mr. Crishna was very impressed with the bikes, and on his return, he asked the Lawkim team to develop such bikes.

Talk of growth, and what comes naturally to mind is: widening of the product offerings, adding new categories, expanding into newer markets, forming strategic alliances and so on.

Automation is highly desirable to execute well when production lines are complex and there is an excessive dependency on manual operations.
