    Compressor Interface


    iPCB (Metacentre P4, SX, XC): iPCB is a universal compressor interface unit used to hardwire compressors to a Metacentre controller. It is mounted inside the compressor starter panel & provides Run, Ready & optional alram status contact for use with compressors that have load / unload control.


    VSD module (Metacentre SX & XC)


    VSD module is used to integrate VFD air compressors with the Metacentre management controller. The VSD module is offered in variants for either current or voltage proportionate analogue signals.


    EX module (Metacentre XC)


    Where compressors are located in more than one place, each EX module provides remote control of up to 2 compressors. It has its own remote pressure analogue input which can function in conjunction with Metacentre XC’s advance function of ‘pressure balance’. Two dedicated analogue inputs for individual compressor discharge pressure are provided.


    I/O module


    I/O module is an intelligent, configurable for stand alone use (like a desiccant dryer dew point dependent switching application) or in conjunction with a Metacentre RS-485 data network for controlling ancillary compressed air equipment such as Cooling Towers, or for monitoring compressed air dryers, filters, condensate drains, pressure, temperature, dew point, air flow, vibration & current etc. Each I/O module provides digital inputs, analogue inputs & relay outputs.
