Leading Change

Participants of the “Leading Change” Workshop.

e at Godrej Infotech Ltd. recently attended the “Leading Change” programme at the scenic and serene location of the Lake View Resort, Lonavala. The programme turned out to be a huge success thanks to our able and experienced faculty, S.M. Bhide and N.K.Joish, Corporate Personnel Department, who guided us through the process of introspection or self-analysis. Change indeed can be led only if there is change in the “self” first. Self-analysis and a constant review of one’s goals can put anyone on the path to success. All we need is to have a positive approach and to remain persistent.
