Mr. Godrej has been President of several Indian trade and industrial associations. He is the Past Chairman of the Board of the Indian School of Business, and Past President of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He has been a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the MIT Sloan School of Management, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a member of the Wharton Asian Executive Board. Mr. Godrej is also a patron of the Himalayan Club. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from theMassachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management.

He is a recipient of several awards and recognitions, including the Padma Bhushan 2013 (the third-highest civilian award in India).

The Green Business Centre is a Centre of Excellence for green buildings, energy efficiency, energy conservation, non-conventional energy sources, water policy, water conservation, etc.

A veteran of the Indian industry, Nadir has played an important role in developing the animal feed, agricultural input and chemicals businesses owned by Godrej. His active interest in research related to these areas has resulted in several patents in the field of agricultural chemicals and surfactants.

With his tremendous experience and expertise, Nadir has also contributed to the development of a variety of industries by participating keenly in industry bodies such as the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association of India, Indian Chemical Manufacturers Association, and Oil Technologists' Association of India.

Currently, Nadir is the President of Alliance Française de Bombay. For his contribution to Indo-French relations, the French Government has honoured him with the awards of "Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite" and "Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur".

The Clinton Foundation has partnered with Godrej Properties for its large township project, Godrej Garden City, which works with the Clinton Climate Initiative towards the goal of creating a Climate Positive Development.

Pirojsha graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 2002 and completed his Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University in 2004. He went on to complete an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2008 before rejoining GPL as Executive Director. In 2010, Pirojsha led the initial public offering of the company through which Godrej Properties raised US$ 100 million.

In 2015, Mr. Pirojsha Godrej was selected as 'Visionary of India - Young Achiever Extraordinaire' at the Brand Vision India 2020 Summit & Awards supported by FICCI and received the 'CEO - REAL ESTATE' award at the CEO AWARD 2015.

Nyrika Holkar is Executive Director of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd ('G&B'). She leads Digital Strategy, Brand, Legal and M&A for G&B and its subsidiaries. In this capacity, she drives a company-wide strategy on building new digital interventions through online platforms and ecosystems to help improve customer experience, foster collaborative innovation, and enhance data-led decision making in business.

A qualified solicitor, Ms Holkar is responsible for the company's global legal strategy including supervising commercial contracts, structuring M&A transactions as well as the protection and enhancement of the organisation's intellectual property across its 14 businesses. As the Brand Custodian, she works closely with the Sustainability, Marketing and Communication teams across G&B with a focus on building a responsible corporate brand.

As a member of the G&B board of directors she is also involved with key decisions related to business strategy, talent management and corporate governance. During her tenure as Executive Director, Ms Holkar has helped significantly reduce the G&B Group's financial exposure by streamlining the negotiation and contract management process through an end-to-end digitised contract life cycle management platform.

She is also a director on the Board of Godrej Infotech, a subsidiary of G&B and is involved in key decisions with regard to IT security and technology platforms across the Group and is working to enhance G&B's partnership with startups and technology partners to improve the digital ecosystem for G&B businesses.

Ms Holkar began her career at legal firm AZB & Partners where she specialised in M&A transactions and advised foreign companies seeking to invest in India before joining G&B. She graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Colorado College, USA and obtained LL.B and LL.M degrees from University College London, UK. She is a member of the Bar Association of India and is a qualified Solicitor in the United Kingdom.

She is an ardent supporter of the environment. As Chairperson of the G&B CSR Committee, Ms Holkar is actively involved in G&B's community development efforts including education, skilling and the preservation and protection of Mumbai's mangroves. Trekking and Wildlife are some of her abiding interests beyond work.

She is a fellow of the Ananta Aspen Institute and is a member on the boards of the Centre for the Advancement of Philanthropy and the Jaldhaara Foundation.

She is married and lives in Mumbai with her husband Yeshwant and her kids.

Nitin Nabar serves as a Director on the Board of Godrej Industries Limited. He is also the Manufacturing Council Head for the Godrej Group and the Executive Director and President, Godrej Industries Limited (Chemicals).

Nitin started his career with Godrej as an Executive Trainee in 1989 at the erstwhile Godrej Soaps Limited. Over the years, he has worked in leadership positions across diverse business functions including sales, marketing, commodities, exports, imports and purchase.

He played a key role in building and expanding the export market of the Chemicals business. Under his leadership, the business now exports products to over 80 countries.

Nitin also actively champions environmental sustainability initiatives across the business. Nitin is the Chairman - Cosmetics of Chemexcil, an export promotion council for the chemicals industry. He has also been a member of the taskforce setup by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers to help in the growth of the Oleochemicals industry in India.

Nitin has a B.Sc (Technology) degree from University of Mumbai, Department of Chemical Technology and an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, Development & Research in Mumbai.

Nitin started his career with Godrej as an Executive Trainee in 1989 at the erstwhile Godrej Soaps Limited. Over the years, he has worked in leadership positions across diverse business functions including sales, marketing, commodities, exports, imports and purchase.

He played a key role in building and expanding the export market of the Chemicals business. Under his leadership, the business now exports products to over 80 countries.

Nitin also actively champions environmental sustainability initiatives across the business. Nitin is the Chairman - Cosmetics of Chemexcil, an export promotion council for the chemicals industry. He has also been a member of the taskforce setup by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers to help in the growth of the Oleochemicals industry in India.

Nitin has a B.Sc (Technology) degree from University of Mumbai, Department of Chemical Technology and an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, Development & Research in Mumbai.

A qualified solicitor, Ms Holkar is responsible for the company’s global legal strategy including supervising commercial contracts, structuring M&A transactions as well as the protection and enhancement of the organisation’s intellectual property across its 14 businesses. As the Brand Custodian, she works closely with the Sustainability, Marketing and Communication teams across G&B with a focus on building a responsible corporate brand.

As a member of the G&B board of directors she is also involved with key decisions related to business strategy, talent management and corporate governance. During her tenure as Executive Director, Ms Holkar has helped significantly reduce the G&B Group’s financial exposure by streamlining the negotiation and contract management process through an end-to-end digitised contract life cycle management platform

She is also a director on the Board of Godrej Infotech, a subsidiary of G&B and is involved in key decisions with regard to IT security and technology platforms across the Group and is working to enhance G&B’s partnership with startups and technology partners to improve the digital ecosystem for G&B businesses.

Ms Holkar began her career at legal firm AZB & Partners where she specialised in M&A transactions and advised foreign companies seeking to invest in India before joining G&B. She graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Colorado College, USA and obtained LL.B and LL.M degrees from University College London, UK. Anil G. Verma, works as the Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. In his current role, he oversees Godrej operations in India and abroad which includes 12000+ employees and 30+ establishments.

Anil has worked for over 30 years in diverse functions including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Human Resources and as a Business Head in his career at Godrej.

Anil is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU; the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and the Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA, where he did an Executive Leadership program.

Under Anil's leadership, Godrej & Boyce and its business units have received a plethora of recognitions over the years, including the NASEOH Award as well as the Hellen Keller Award for the ‘Best Employer’ for the differently abled. Furthermore, five of the G&B Businesses have been awarded the CII Exim Bank Excellence Award which makes them role model organizations.

Anil serves on the Board of Directors of Godrej Infotech Limited and is the Chairman, Board of Directors at Godrej Koerber, which is a JV between Godrej and the Koerber group of Germany.

Anil G. Verma, works as the Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. In his current role, he oversees Godrej operations in India and abroad which includes 12000+ employees and 30+ establishments.

Anil has worked for over 30 years in diverse functions including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Human Resources and as a Business Head in his career at Godrej.

Anil is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU; the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and the Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA, where he did an Executive Leadership program.

Under Anil's leadership, Godrej & Boyce and its business units have received a plethora of recognitions over the years, including the NASEOH Award as well as the Hellen Keller Award for the ‘Best Employer’ for the differently abled. Furthermore, five of the G&B Businesses have been awarded the CII Exim Bank Excellence Award which makes them role model organizations.

Anil serves on the Board of Directors of Godrej Infotech Limited and is the Chairman, Board of Directors at Godrej Koerber, which is a JV between Godrej and the Koerber group of Germany.

Anil is an Executive Committee Member of the Employers' Federation of India (EFL), Member of the Advisory Committee of the CII Institute of Quality, Chairman of the CII National Taskforce on Industrial Safety, Governor on the Board of the National Safety Council of India (NSCI), Member of the CII Western Region Executive Committee and has been on the Advisory Council for Superbrands.

Anil is a recipient of the RMI Roll of Honour for Life-time achievement in HR at the National HR Conclave HR 2.0 in 2010 and also recognized with the Distinguished Alumnus Award by the Apex Organization of IIT BHU alumni, in its centenary year.

Anil joined Godrej in 1983 and has been on the Board since 1st October 2008.

Prior to IndAsia, he helped establish the Indocean Fund in 1994, and was the founder Managing Director of The Credit Rating Information Services of India Limited (CRISIL), India’s first and largest credit rating agency.

He is currently Chairman of Sonata Software Limited and of Shah Foods Limited and a Director of Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, BASF (India) Limited, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Limited, Grindwell Norton Limited, Pfizer Limited, and Wartsila India Limited amongst other companies.

Pradip holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, Bombay. He is a qualified Cost Accountant and ranked first in India in the Chartered Accountancy examinations. He has given talks in India, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and the United States on credit rating, housing finance, capital markets, venture capital and other subjects.
