TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RMC
 

1. Duration of this agreement will be ONE YEAR w.e.f. date of receiving full earnest.
2. All recommended lubricants, oils, tools, etc., are in the scope of the customer. In addition, we request the customer to provide basic help to our engineer like ,the material handling equipment and semiskilled labour etc.
3. Our representative will make maximum 2 or 3 visits ( machine dependent ) during the contract period. Any work carried out in excess of 2 or 3 days will be charged separately.
4. Our representative will visit you whenever required by you and carry out any maintenance / repair work on the Machine (s) which is under the contract.
5. This contract is for labour only and supply of spares / consumables / tools will be separately charged.
6. This contract is valid for one year as long as the Machine is in the possession of and used by the organisation which has accepted our offer.
7. You are requested to keep suitable tools as listed in Annexure – II of our offer for use of our representative so as to avoid any delay in functioning of your important equipment
