Material category (Fast moving/Medium moving/Slow moving)
Nearest available location (time/physical)
While the WMS is performing the logical management of the Warehouse, Handling Control Module handles the physical process of the automated material handling system. Handling Control module is the bridge between WMS and machine controls. Handling Control module controls the warehouse at physical level. The main features are as listed below.
Machine movement task management
ID Device resource management (Barcode/Tag readers, weight control, etc)
Standard PLC / Soft-PLC interface (OPC)
System log and transaction log
Error logging and handling
