Construction Division forayed into Estate Leasing Business around 6 years ago primarily with a view to optimize the utilization of existing Real-estate assets left vacant and un-utilized due to consolidation and transfer of manufacturing activities out of Mumbai. From then on, there has been a gradual increase in the Leased Premises within the campus, which presently stands at over 1.5 million sq ft.
