CHENNAI: Godrej Appliances, a leading player in the home appliances industry, has introduced in the country the Godrej Microsteam, a new technology in Microwave cooking. The new Godrej Microsteam injects superheated steam into the entire oven chamber, to prepare steamed dishes faster, while retaining the original flavour and nutrient value of the ingredients, according to a release. The Microsteam provides a uniform and gentle application of heat to all kinds of food to keep them more soft and moist, the release adds.
